-
The base of our program is individual player development. Modern basketball is position-less and our program is oriented in that direction. Every player gets a chance to play in a five out system where the ball is shared between all players. We are a Pass First and Play The Right Way basketball program.
-
Mustangs teams have 8-10 players per team, as we want everyone to get enough playing time in the games but also ensure we have enough to play in the case of absence or injury.
Each team has an assigned coach and coaches are not changed during the season/games. We use games to evaluate the development of our players, not to count wins and losses.
Above all, we demand sportsmanship from our players and coaches.
-
Once you join the Mustangs family, we join forces for the best development of your child. We believe in a sports triangle between PLAYER-PARENT-COACH where we give the central spot to PLAYER in our program.
